Sometimes a Limbus Company OC is just you wanting to write more / better material for a character than the source material provided. Anyway here's Shez.

I've been drafting some of their material for a while in my head but nothing's set in stone. They were a member of R Corp at one point, likely a Rabbit.

The Hatchery, I believe, is where Arval was implanted into his brain. After a successful time at R Corp, he went on to become a Fixer for many offices. Only for one of these offices to be hit by the full force of Jeralt's Fixers, in particular his daughter, a high ranking (prospective color?) fixer known as the Ashen Demon. All of Shez's office was wiped out by their might. Shez only survived thanks to Arval - the mysterious presence in his mind -'s intervention. Now the pair swear revenge. They have to get stronger in order to kill the Ashen Demon. And Limbus Company provides all the training experience they need.

I've got several more Limbus OCs I've been working on that I plan to share at some point. Figured it would be fun to show what I have so far.
