tw: grooming(?), vent, sh, smoking
i think im getting groomed (?) by my coworker or something. im a minor when hes an adult. um, i started work on June 3rd, when he first saw me, he went up to me and told me i was his favorite. i was so confused and uncomfortable. he said he knew me but didnt know how. later on we find out, we live on the same street π«©...... so we get closer, but he got too comfortable i guess,,,, he started to talk about pain his private area to me, also joking about how he could never date a trans person then saying "haha jk" while hugging me ππ..... hes also really touchy, grabbing my arm to pull me closer to whisper in my ear about something, we're always together, he also follows me around sometimes. we are very alike too, we both wear glasses, have red and black hair, both men (when hes cis and im trans), we're both mlm, we look somewhere alike, we share a few interests, he also always brings up how we both have sh scars. how we both smoke weed, etc etc, i think you get the point.
after work i usually work home with my friend but we haven't been on good terms lately so he asked if we could walk together. on Tuesday i walked him half way, i walked away and i could hear him talking to me but i just ignored him. (i had headphones on),,, today i walked with him again, before i could walk away, he grabbed my arm and said "why dont you come inside? and you could just walk out thru the backdoors? " i didnt really want to come inside since yk,, this is inappropriate and my own coworker (whos 15) got in trouble for doing the same thing with someone else. but i still went in and he showed me around, even taking me into his bedroom. he didnt do anything, just showed me around. but then he brought up us smoking together because he knows i smoke, so i pulled out my vape and he asked me if it was nic or weed, ofc i said weed and he told me he had one too, he took me back to his bedroom and showed me his vape, (it was a very unknown brand lmao) and he said he would invite me over one day. then my dad called me asking where i was since i was late to my house and i told my coworker and he started to freak out and showed me the backdoor.
look, maybe this isn't grooming,,, i just feel as we crossed many boundaries,, but the thing is ive been telling a different coworker and she thinks this is weird but the thing is,,,, ok let me explain, i work for a summer school,,, me and the coworker who got into trouble is called "floaters" we help with anyone (usually 14-15 y/os) , while my older coworkers (18+) are called youth workers. ALOT of youth workers are gotten comfortable with me, like them making jokes of "gang banging" me, making fun of me for being gay (mlm) and trans, for being Mexican (while i do not care for these jokes because i make the same jokes back as well, expect for the gang banging),,,i have smoked with my older coworkers too, i have hanged out with them outside of work, im hanging out with one of them on Sunday,, its just,, i feel as i and my coworker have gotten too close because i think he hints at flirting with me, unless im being delusional. i cant tell. but like, why should he get in trouble if others youth workers have done unprofessional stuff with me as well? idk. this is getting kinda scary,,, πππ.... anyways. sorry for any improper grammer, im high rn and tired lol.
