Something I always admired about the classic Sonic games (Mania includes) was how ambiguous some of the industrial/cities backgrounds are. Like obviously they're supposed to be city/industrial-like in appearance but their scope and general appearance leaves them ambiguous enough to where it leaves your imagination open to interpret how these zones would actually function like as places. Like Titanic Monarch obviously is meant to have a heavy industrial theme to it but the structures and scope of the background makes the whole place look more like a dark metropolis that Eggman has either ruled over to to serve as his base or a place he naturally governs to begin with.

Around 2008, @Oh_bako made original sprites of Cirno and Tewi and allowed open access to their sprite sheets. Oh-bako never used them in a M.U.G.E.N character but the sprites were used to make "Cirno AT" who references IOSYS' Cirno videos and versions of "Saikyo Cirno" who uses Dan Hibiki's moves.
