where's mr. beaver?
It was like a lightning bolt struck her tiny beating heart, "We are trying as best as we can. All we can do now is leave it up to Aslan for hope."
For Ate Roanne’s birthday, can you give her a sweater? –Matty ((“ate” means older sister; please tag with #nrpmatty))
The she-beaver looked around frantically and looked sympathetically, "My apologies, dear for such a late reply. Been busy with the damn and finding Mr. Beaver, Oh I worry about him." puts on a warm smile, "Could I still be of help?"
Do you know anybody that is a Platypus? -Matty
"Perry?"
"Oh, really, Mrs. Beaver... There's nothing to tell." Susan replied, trailing off sadly. "We knew each other, very briefly, very long ago." The Queen's blinking quickened though she did not know it; it had always been a nervous tic of Susan's. She was aware, however that she was picking at her fingernails and biting her lip. Several moments later, she looked back at her old friend. "But I'd love to come back to the dam anyway. I'd love to see it again."
The Beaver held out her hand and reached for the Queen's, "We musn't get you all upset your first day back!" she said, "Let's get you to the dam, look at you." looks at Susan's dress and hands, "This does not do." shakes fur, "Come you go."
Susan's blew grew deeper. She lowered her eyes and fiddled with her dark waves. "Y-y-yes." She stammered.
A giant smiled formed on her lips and the beaver brushed her fur from the fallen leaves above, "Oh,Susan that's wonderful! Just absolutely wonderful!" she said almost jumping on her toes, "Tell me over thing." she took her hand, "Once we got back to the damn."
The former Queen beamed, but that quickly turned to a bright red blush. "Well, he was a Prince when I knew him. He's a King now." She admitted meekly.
A sly grin formed on her face, "Oi!, Is it the King himself? King Caspian?" she asked anxiously.
Susan beamed and hugged her old friend tightly. "I'm so sorry we ever left." She whispered. "We didn't mean to. By the time we found our way back, everyone- you, Mr. Beaver, Mr. Tumnus, Oreius- were all gone. And all of our hearts were broken. Oh, I do hope you can forgive us."
"How could I not?" she exclaimed, pulling away and took a look at her, "My how have you grown. Has thee meet yourself a Prince?" she blurted covering her mount with her paw in a giggle.
"Yes! It's me!" Susan yelled gleefully. "I'm back. I've returned. I don't know how, but I have."
"Oh, Susan!" She ran into her arms hoping she didn't mind, "I've missed you too, dear."
"Mrs. Beaver! Mrs. Beaver, is that you? Oh, I've missed you so very much!"
The Beaver couldn't believe her eyes, "Susan is that you?" Blinks her eyes rapidly.
"A pleasure to meet you, madam," Emerald said. "I recognized you because of the books I read in the library... You're the one who journeyed with the Kings and Queens of Old in the Golden Age along with Mr. Beaver, right?" She smiled.
For the first time in her life she felt uncomfortable and confused. "Yes.." she said, "How do you know what? From a book?" managing a smile.
Emerald smiled, "I am Emerald, miss..." But when the young girl studied the creature, her eyes widen, "Excuse me, but are you Mrs. Beaver?"
Mrs.Beaver smiled her famous smile. As if the smile could get any wider. The girl now named Emerald seemed to recognize her from appearance. As if some kind of celebrity. "That's what they call me."
“Oh, Stop your fussin’, Mrs. Beaver, you look lovely.”

“I’ve been good, I guess. It’s because it’s rather cold, so father doesn’t want me to travel. It is quite a long way from here to Archenland. And there are so much snow in the mountains!” The Prince looked around and sighed. Mrs Beaver’s house was so small and comfty that he could do nothing but smile. “It does make a long time I don’t see Mr Beaver. Is he well?”
The beaver occasionally flashed a smile at the prince. "You are quite a-ways away." she agreed. It had been what seemed like only days since she'd even left her small damn for there really was no purpose to go out ever since her husband went missing. Corin's question caught her off guard. She cleared her throat and fixed her fur. "I'm afraid he has gone missing..."
"Oh, dear..." Emerald said as she bumped into something. She looked down and saw a beaver, "I beg your pardon and am very sorry."
Mrs.Beaver found herself bump forward, she immediately stood up and brushed her fur. "Oh it's qui-" she looked up at the stranger. "Who might you be?"
