After 3 weeks, I ran for the first time yesterday...it felt awesome....then like death! lol

I started the #Couch25K six weeks ago, but after my fourth week, I ran into some weird pain in my ankle, so I gave it a rest. That lasted well over a week, but finally the pain went away. From there, I decided to ease back into things, but then I strained my hamstring, which is still weird to me. 

Anyway, though I haven’t been doing a run/walk in the past three weeks, I finally made it back into the gym (b/c it’s way too hot outside to run there). I alternated between running and walking every two minutes for thirty minutes. In my last three run stints, I don’t think I completed the full two minutes. It varied between 1 minute and 1:30, but I finished and most importantly I’m pretty sure I pushed myself without overdoing it. So I consider that a job well done. :-)
