Sistar is one of the best senior groups in Kpop. Period. Rather than just gently touching on shady business, they flat out give protective advise to female rookies. They literally told IOIâs Kim Sohye ON AIR to not date yet because male seniors flock to rookies like fucking vultures. Every single member contributed:

The fact that female rookies even have to be warned about this is fucking ridiculous. Itâs gotten to the point where female idols just donât care anymore about âbeing gentleâ with words and image. I know that Sistar is well known for just saying what comes to mind, but this has always been a touchy subject in the Kpop industry and Iâm so thankful that the ladies gave this advise while broadcasting. An idol hearing âdonât dateâ as a rule from the company is one thing, but hearing âdonât dateâ as advise from an experienced Kpop woman is a whole other level of âfuck, I really shouldnât do that.â
The Kpop business is so fucking shady in this aspect and a lot of the older men just make themselves out to be disgusting creeps with young girl fetishes. They try to take advantage of the ârookie naivetyâ and the ârookie submissiveness respectâ to seniors. âOh, Iâm a famous senior, sheâll definitely wanna sleep with my 30+ year old ass.â *endless eye rolls* Iâm so glad that Sistar is the older sister group of WJSN and I pray to anyone that wants to listen that WJSN has been given this advise directly from Sistar. I hope this advise in engraved into their brain and the girls are ready to protect themselves.
This whole post came from one small article I read, but it made me super ranty and now I canât help but wonder how many times the girls have been hit on at this point, especially Cheng Xiao as of right now. I like to think that since there are 13 members, WJSN has teams or something that look out for one another. I wanna trust that the girls wonât fall for male senior bullshit (esp. you @94-95 line) but the fact that I donât know makes me want to pull the girls into a hug and protect them with a knife. No one is going to fuck around with my kidsâ emotions and or take advantage of them when my overly protective, motherly ass is still alive and somewhat well.
