Hollywood PR contracts typically last six months to a year at most. So, he’s supposedly dumb enough to re-sign a contract every six months to a year for almost six years, despite receiving mostly negative PR with very little benefit, while he’s the actual celebrity in the arrangement?

You lot views that this is what a happy, loving relationship looks like.If this is his 'choice,' then he is actively choosing to publicly humiliate her every single chance he gets:
-He treats strangers with more warmth than her.
-He completely ignores her as a partner and a mother.
-She posty about Mother’s Day and some photos to play house; he gives her nothing back.
-He never confirmed an engagement after more than a year, and he couldn't even be bothered to take basic steps to protect his own child's privacy.
-He treats her like an inconvenient parcel, not a pregnant partner. Leaving her in the US for her entire pregnancy and only flying her to London when she’s literally about to pop.
-He physically and publicly ice-cubes her.
-Making her sit up front passenger seat, to visibly pulling away on live camera, to letting the media completely erase her into a ghost this year
-he treats her like a bad smell he’s forced to stand near
