So as you guys know, S3 is coming to a close and there were some absolutely amazing actors on The Following. Most of them were amazing, actually. But for just a second I would like to focus on the amazing Sam Underwood who played Luke and Mark. He’s one of the most down to earth people ever, he’s one of the most talented actors of our time, and I feel like he’s very underrated. I know I’m not the only one, so I have a project I’m starting and I would like each and every one of you to help if you can. After talking to the lovely Shannon ( markbarkov ) I think I have a way we can show Sam how much we appreciate him. I think this could be something we could do for Valorie Curry as well! She’s also very talented and underrated. I’m going to buy a scrapbook and my idea is everyone could write a letter, submit a picture (if you’ve met Sam or Valorie), or even fan art if you’ve made some for Luke, Mark, or Emma. As far as the letters go, you could submit them to me and I can hand write them out myself (because I feel like that’s more personal, and I promise I have decent writing.) or if you feel comfortable doing so, you could mail me the letter and I could put it on a page. I understand why people wouldn’t feel comfortable doing this, but I want to give you the option because it would be more personal for you and I promise I’m not a 72 year old stalker. As far as pictures and fan art, you could submit it to me and I could print it out. That wouldn’t be hard at all. You could incorporate your twitters or instagrams so Sam and Val could look you up on social media. If you have any other ideas besides letters, pictures and fanart for the scrapbook, just message me! I’m actually thinking that it’ll turn into two separate books, one for Sam and one for Val but that completely depends on the amount of people that contribute material. If we get 30+ letters/pictures/etc for both of them, we can totally make two, but if I don’t get a lot of submissions I think we could squeeze it into one big book. However, I think it would be special to have one for each of them since they are their own people. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me or Shannon because she has generously offered to help me with this. You can submit all letters/pictures/etc to my submit box here, and you can come to me and ask any questions about ANYTHING any time you would like! I have kik and whatsapp if you want to contact me, so just ask. You can probably contact Shannon too! :) I’m going to go ahead and put a deadline on taking submissions so I could go ahead and get it (or them) ready to give to Sam and Valorie, so as of right now I’m going to say the deadline for submissions is June 15th. That’s a month from today, and I think it’s a reasonable amount of time. :) Please please please reblog this so as many people in the fandom as possible can see it! You guys have no idea how much this could mean to them if we pull it off.
