Moving out of my classroom this year was bittersweet. When I come back to BAFA in the fall, I won't be in this room anymore. This room holds so many special memories for me. I've laughed in this room (A LOT), I've cried in this room. I've planned for the future (both personal and professional), and I've received terrible news. Growth happened in this room every year, in my students and in me. I'm sad that I won't call room 145 home anymore, but I'm also excited thinking about all of the wonderful memories we'll make in the new room! See you in August, BAFA!

I tried to find a sweet, meaningful quote to describe how I felt about my mom. Something to match what I've said about her in the past. But this made me laugh too hard to pass it up! Mom I am so thankful for all that you are and all you have done. Thank you for loving me on my very best days and when I am at my very worst. Thank you for leading by example with every step you take. So many of my very best qualities come directly from you. (Though I'm not sure my love of terrible puns is included on that "Best of" list. 😉) I love you so much! Happy Mother's Day!
