Bjorn awoke to the sun’s rays hitting his face and the sound of Clara’s voice. He looked around and quickly realized what had happened.
Clara: Where were you last night?
Bjorn: I’m so sorry- Emma called. I have to go on a mission.
Clara: Are you crazy? I could go into labor any minute!
Bjorn: I tried to convince her not to send me. I’ll try to finish it ASAP, I promise.
Clara: What’s the mission even about?
Bjorn: Some kind of alien... monster... creature. It’s wiping people’s memories and controlling them like puppets.
Clara: Really? Do you think it has anything to do with Geoffrey Landgraab? I called him yesterday, and he was acting... strange, like he had amnesia.
Bjorn: Emma told me that he was mind-washed. I really don’t want anything to happen to you or the girls.
Clara: I guess you’ll have to go then... just make sure to be at the hospital when I’m giving birth.
With that, Bjorn headed upstairs to check his email. As expected, there was an unopened message from Emma titled “MISSION DETAILS”. The computer’s clock read 10:20, meaning that he still had plenty of time to prepare.
Report to 120 Dresden Lane at 12 PM (if you’ve forgotten the starting time). It’s a white/cream two-story house with a pool and garage. Four college students live there, so you’ll be taking the role of a dorm father. Watch out for the creature - it’s been seen lurking in the general area, especially near the Von Haunt estate.
