My PGCE Experience
Great quick read for a morning commute or a coffee break. This tiny book consists of only 124 pages. Ten Step Discipline Plan, Developing the Toolkit and, A Framework to Underpin Practice (4Rs) were particularly useful.
I think this book is relevant to all teachers, not merely primary.
As a trainee teacher I found it really useful and accessible to me.
The chapter on Personalised Learning and Assessment for Learning we’re particularly noteworthy.

Great insight into the life of a teacher.
This book gave good tips on what to do (and what not to do) to be a successful teacher; whilst having a good work/life balance.
Mobbs’ writing feels like table talk over dinner...easy read :)
