It is really refreshing to pause for a while and reflect. For the past months I keep on chasing and grabbing everything offered to me. I overuse my body, exhaust all my energy and spend most of my time working and working and working and working. I wasn't able to give my family's or friends' 100% of myself everytime we're together because I am thinking about my deadlines or stressed if I could accomplish my to-do-list. Now I just feel so exhausted. Really tired 💔 I suddenly realized how much I have lost while catching EVERYTHING all at once. I have lost my spirit.. the "me" that's really warm and familiar. And again like those moments of exhaustion I crawl back to Him. He gave me the kind of rest more than an eight hours of sleep or an out-of-town vacation can give. Writing will be your best friend. 7. Learn all you can, and enjoy it all you want. Knowledge is the only thing truly yours. 8. Be the friend you need, the friend you want. 9. Read all you can. You’ll find the words you can’t say in the lips of others, you’ll find shelter. 10. Love yourself.
