APPās R great 4 posting panorama photos. It splits the pic into however many pieces U like. My pano was shot manually on my iPhone & horizon isnāt completely straight. So I adjusted the split photos so I could make the horizon level. Once U post the sliced pano & swipe left the image looks continuous & lines up perfectly, that is if the pano was shot perfectly level. A few APPs Iāve tried out to slice the pano photo vertically is Panorama Crop & PanoraSplit. I liked the PanoraSplit over the other. For this platform we canāt post post photos in a sequence or 3 across but U can see what I meant by looking at the 1st pics they line up exactly in the right place to view the 2 together as 1 photo would be.
APPās can add space around a pano shot so it doesnāt get cropped by the parameters of diff platforms. Photoshop can B used 2 layer a pano on top of a black, white or any color box. But APPs R really easy to use. Here a list of some of the APPās Iāve tried out: Collagable, Canva, Picsart, SnapSeed, Iām told any collage APP can achieve this, & lastly I found InstaSize. Appropriate name & it had options to correspond with many diff social media platforms. I used InstaSize for the pano in this post. If using Collageable just select the single pic photo frame at top left corner when APP opens, import pano photo, use 2 fingers & pinch pic reducing the size so it fit the frame, you can choose how much or how little white space around the pano you want, lastly save 2 camera roll. Most of these have many options to achieve the look you like, different background colours, gradients, including patterned or plain to choose from.
Let me know if U like my little tutorial or if U have questions.

Happy summer! There wasnāt any shortage of people at Britannia beach on Summer Solstice evening 2023. I have never seen so many volley ball games going on at the same time. Nets were setup on the beach but also on the grass. The canteen was full of people & there were people with BBQ going, walking, riding biking, swimming, dog walking, a whole bunch of watercraft on the Ottawa River & of course people taking in the sunset. I was told this was a volleyball league. Guess Wed is volleyball day! Captured on Summer Solstice 2023 evening, Britannia Beach, Ottawa Canada.

Finola or Angelique Tulip, does anyone know which this is? Maybe Iāve got the wrong names altogether. I couldnāt find a tulip image like this in a web search. It was so crowded Motherās day when I went 2 the festival sometimes I didnāt get close enough to find out the varieties name.
White tulips can symbolize different things depending on the circumstances. Traditionally it meant Iām sorry or a condolence message. During Victorian times in the book āThe Language of Flowersā it meant pure love & passion. In modern times white is a symbol of purity & tulips a symbol of new life or pure love. White is associated with heaven & peace so good choice for religious ceremonies.
Iām not sure if this tulip meaning is correct or complete since it isnāt all white. There could be another meaning because this 1 has some pink margins & artistic green feathering or flames on the back of the outer petals. This is an annual 10 day festival which kicks off our tourist season. Triumph Charade tulips R blush pink which transition 2 orange at the margins. Some charade tulips darken as they age. Orange tulips R the most popular tulip because they R such a bright color. But there R no natural orange tulips in the wild. The Dutch selectively bred orange tulips in the 17th century by mixing red & yellow.
Orange tulips symbolize a sense of understanding & appreciation between 2 people, usually in a relationship. Sending a bouquet of orange tulips means U feel spiritually & physically connected 2 recipient. Orange tulips symbolize excitement, happiness, enthusiasm, warmth, positive vibes & energy. If you receive orange tulips the person wants U 2 feel they R happy with U or 4 U or just want 2 cheer you up.

Classic Canadian Tulip Festival photo. I wonder if for 78 years the owners of these homes in the background like having so many photos taken of their homes? What do you think?
The Dutch Royal Family sends Canada a Royal gift of 10,000 tulip bulbs every year for the last 78 years. The tulips commemorate the Canadian Military who fought & lost their lives in helping to liberate the Netherlands in WWII. Also for keeping the Dutch Royal family safe in Canada during WWII. In remembrance of Princess Margueriteās birth in Canada during the war & for the lasting friendship between our countries.

This consists of 100 varieties, in 120 gardens, in 30 locations in our National Capital Region of Ottawa On, & Gatineau Que. All my photos were taken at the main festival site & thereās 30,000 tulips in this 1 park alone. Captured at Commissioners Park (main festival site), Ottawa, Canada. May 14, 2023.

Iām not really sure which tulip this is. If anyone knows message me so I can edit. I searched the interactive map of the festival website but I didnāt find an answer. Iām guessing at the colors. Colors also have a specific meaning.
Coral is the color of acceptance, warmth, positivity & individuality.
Salmon is the color of fellowship, compassion, individuality & expression.
Champagne is a symbol of love, modesty, celebration & class.
The name Muscari (common name grape hyacinth) originates with the Greek word āMoschosā which means musk. The name refers to the scent of Muscari.
The name grape hyacinth refers to the flowers appearance resembling a bunch of grapes. Hyacinth in the name grape hyacinth refers to its similarity to the shape of true hyacinth flowers.
Symbolism of Muscari is confidence & power. Itās also a symbol of creativity & mystery. Blue muscari to me resemble cobalt blue. Cobalt blue symbolizes ingenuity, enlightenment, solitude & productivity.

Yellow & purple tulips R complementary colors & so pretty. Tulips is a Turkish word for spring blooming flowers from the Liliaceae family. While the tulip is most often associated with Holland it was 1st cultivated in Turkyie (proper spelling of the countryās name). It was introduce to Europe in 1550.
.
A streak-like appearance of the flower was found 2 B caused by a virus. It was transferred by aphids to the plant & that weakened the plants. The government ban cultivation of infected tulips. So the tulips we see today R known as Rembrandt tulips. These tulips were bred to resemble the flower which fuelled āTulip Maniaā.
.
Whatās āTulip Maniaā? In the 17th century (approx 1634) Tulips became an exotic luxury & each sold 4 hundreds of dollars. The story is that the Dutch people mortgaged their houses & estates 2 invest in Tulips. The plan was 2 resell them 4 a higher price, hence āTulip Maniaā. The most rare & valuable tulip was a flame-like red & white streaked tulip, Semper Augustus. This tulip looks like it is striped. At the time 12 bulbs of this variety was the only bulbs available. Buyers thought they had a 1 of a kind plant. See other comments for more of the story.
