Just finished up some beautiful, enlightening work with my Vishuddha (throat) Chakra. I meditated, gave myself Reiki and chanted HUM. I used Aquamarine, Celestite, Angelite, Amazonite, Blue Calcite as well as Selenite and Clear Quartz to raise the vibration and bring balance and healing to this energy center. To top it off, I held the yoga pose Matsyasana (fish pose). I cried the entire time and it was so releasing, relaxing and revitalizing.
