MSJ CSF 2017-18 Semester One Applications

In order to be recognized as an official member, an email with your most recent semester grades must be sent to [email protected] no later than 11 PM on September 30th, 2017 (Saturday). We do not accept Schoolloop screenshots; this MUST be an image of an overall transcript or semester transcript provided by the school. This form must also be filled out by then. Results of accepted members will be published via Facebook and email. We do not accept late or incomplete submissions, unless we are notified of the reason adequately ahead of time.

First semester membership applications are now out! Please submit your applications by 11PM on September 30 in order to be considered. Thank you!!
