Itziar singing Grândola, Vila Morena 💖🇵🇹

I... might faint. 🤩

So, this past afternoon (April 25th), I sent Itzi a DM on Instagram - which is something I never do!! I never interact with celebrities on social media, save for the rare comment.

But it was a special day and since she's a great singer as well as a phenomenal actress (and plays Lisboa in LCDP), I decided to send her a message.

I explained the meaning of 25 de Abril and asked her to make a little video for her fans singing Grândola, Vila Morena (the anthem of our revolution - basically our version of Bella Ciao).

Now, to be honest, I didn't really expect her to reply... she probably has hundreds of messages from fans and far better things to do. And, sure enough, she didn't.

But then........

SHE ACTUALLY DID IT!!!!

SHE SANG OUR SONG!!!!
