A field of arrowleaf balsamroot blooms under a sunbeam-streaked sky at Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming. National Wildflower Week gives us a chance to appreciate the incredible diversity of native flowers on public lands. These important blooms feed our birds and insects, open our eyes with beauty and are a vital part of the plant’s life-cycle for future generations.
