Thank you, feminism, for introducing political lesbianism to people.

Thank you for saying that lesbianism is a choice, which entirely undermines my sexuality and the fact that I didn’t choose to be this way.

Thank you for pushing the perception that lesbians are anti-man and man hating.  I appreciate that you speak for me in all my relationships, especially with the men in my life who I share a healthy friendship, peer relationship or family bond with.

Thank you for pushing the idea that lesbianism is tied to feminism.  I love my sexuality being used as a political power play.  That makes me feel like a real human being, when I’m used for somebody else’s goals.

Thank you for attempting to introduce a wave of highly politicized, indoctrinated, easily swayed women into my dating pool, who will only end up hurting me when they realize that they aren’t gay, instead of just going out with who they love.

Thank you for using my sexuality as a means to break up healthy relationships between men and women, when I would like nothing more than to see those relationships blossom.  I somewhat wish more people fell in love.  But hey, lets use lesbians to drive a wedge between them.
