No, Meryem will not play in season 4. :( She gave an interview, she said she feels better, but not coming back to the role of Hurrem.

Can you tell me what is the sickness that Meryem Uzerli is having at the moment, that she can't be in the Muhtesem Yuzyil? I heard that got a new actress in ep. 104, but its not confirmed that she will stay for the whole 4th season...

She has burnout syndrome. In episode 103 Hurrem is played by Vahide Gordum. I really don't know, just hope that Meryem will come back in season 4 :(((((
