I can't believe they did that with Hawaii Five-0, they literally made Steve leave his ohana behind..... Leave with Catherine of all people? They literally said fuck it, his name is Steve too, let's give him that Avengers Endgame ending too... Yes I know his reason for leaving but like wtf? This makes no freaking sense.

Interviewer: This culture of toxic fandom, where like, if you make a movie especially if you make a superhero movie, you have great intentions, but there are always going to be a small, yet vocal group of people that can kind of just be toxic.
@colorsofsocialjustice While I agree that within every fandom you can find just straight up vile people, that was not what the interviewer was referring to in this specific case, he was talking about fans being overly vocal about not liking the way a movie/show is being handled vs how it goes in the source material and as such his answer was very true and was very much directed at these fans and not the crazy fanatics.

Marshae Jones was five months pregnant when she was shot in the stomach. The police say she initiated a fight that led to the shooting.
WHAT. THE. ACTUAL. FUCK.
Marshae Jones was shot in 2018 during an argument. She was 5-months pregnant at the time and the trauma ended the pregnancy. While charges were dropped against the shooter, the survivor, Marshae Jones is now being charged with manslaughter for starting the argument. Black and indigenous women are almost always the first targets of policies that attempt to steal autonomy over their own bodies from women. Marshae is clearly the victim in this situation, yet she now faces a hefty prison sentence for being shot. She is being held on a $50,000 bail. This is absolutely disgusting, and we must end both the system of cash bail and the prison industrial complex that seeks to criminalize black, brown, and working class white people at every opportunity. #SayHerName

I think The Witcher series on netflix is going to be focused on earlier years, everyone in the cast is younger so I'm figuring that's where they're going with it.....but then again maybe not cause they did cast Ciri. Either way we can expect a bit of deviation from the game and to be perfectly honest I'm fine with that as long as they don't deviate too far.
