finally figured out how I'll store my machetes in my new apartment. when you pick up the shelf (which I plan on painting orange), neither the machetes nor the sharpener slip through per the wooden handles & the sharpener's sheer girth. this shelf will be both on a perfectly wide tiny table (of course, also orange) & mounted to the wall, white walls sadly. the table, flourished floral, swirling metal.

in front of this on that table, I plan on having my tibetan singing bowl. as I lack a proper singing bowl pillow, I use a yellow + white striped folded washcloth in lieu, does the job. under this, perhaps a doily. two small identical candles, containers black, shelf's middle rung. recently acquired a miniature ceramic tea set, could use a saucer beneath each? if I want to fill the bottom rung, two tiny green glass pieces. maybe a mussel shell on the table's front corners. perhaps a puny red (accented yellow) saddled elephant embroidered trinket in the middle on the top rung. on the wall, either side of the sharpener handle, these two painted wooden bells, same style, different colors. red &... blue? black? they're packed. above that handle, a rustic golden bell, earthy tone. beside the golden bell, a wall amulet with a glass evil eye + orange fabric & a sun catcher something or other respectively. if I choose to use the large celestial (also rustic gold) wind chimes in my room, I'll fix it above. if not, some sort of wall art. under the table, considering books stacked, something, storage.
