Now first off all I am not a baby boomer. I am, however, a white male. For some strange reason people seem to think the color of your skin determines your success, and if they don’t live with this mindset they certainly give the impression they do. I am tired of the race issues, and I know people will respond with “but you’re white...” and yes I am, but the truth of the matter is that I am fighting to make something of myself like everyone else. 

I am tired of people playing the victim card and I’ll admit I’ve done this very thing, but no more. You see, I was born to a mother who was bipolar/PTSD along with having degenerative disc disease, fibromyalgia, a very rare hollow visceral neuropathy, and the list goes on. I could go on about how poor my life was, but you get the point. So please go on and tell me how I was born with pocket aces. It is beyond infuriating to assume I have this so called “white privleged”.
