Leaving this blog...
I'm stepping back from using this Tumblr account.
Reasoning?- I experience intense shortly-lived hyperfixations. Whilst I’ve always loved CATS! I only became fixated in November 2019. By March 2020, my fixation had already worn off. As I have never been fully submerged in the fandom as I don’t interact with other users nor do I create content myself, I’ve been finding it extremely hard to find the motivation to post once my fixation had diminished.
But I continued posting every day because I didn’t want to give up an yet another blog. At first it was easy as there was so much content around, but now I find myself stressing over finding new things to share or forgetting to post. It became a burden and very detrimental to my mental health. The more repetitive content I saw, (unfortunately) the more bored I became. Which is nobody's fault, as there’s limited content when my main fixation was the 2hr long 1998 movie lmao.
So, I’m sorry to anyone who loves this blog but I am in fact going to step away. I appreciate all the love you’ve all given my blog. I’ve unfollowed what (little) CATS blogs I still followed on my main. But if anyone enjoys fashion, aesthetics and the occasional gaming or funny posting, you can still find me at @gvrdenfaerie
