I'm 32
I found High&Low through TikTok because cool scenes kept popping up and then binged the trilogy in one day and proceeded to drag other friends into the series
I also have a more general fandom account @obsidiandestiny
And I'm Ink_and_Salt on AO3 where right now I did write more Kpop related fic but there are plans for more H&L fic
I love captioning things and @yukenshairtie encouraged me to make this Tumblr for H&L memes!
With Netflix taking down the movies I figure this is a good time to say that I do have almost all of the franchise tucked away. If you want them feel free to dm!

One of the worst pieces of advice I got when first getting into the fandom was that the TV series wasn't needed and that road to high and Low was enough. It absolutely was not enough

I was told the show and Road to High&Low weren’t essential to the story and for some reason I listened so now I have to go back and watch the show😭💀

I would never suggest Road to High&Low
It sucked
The series was a lot more nuanced. Even though a lot of Season 2 really should have been in season 1. The series actually gave the why, how and when. And if you go from Road to the trilogy movies there's still so much confusion because it ends at Noboru's accident and doesn't continue from the aftermath. And that's where most of the important bits happen
