the parallels of hyejin’s dad and seonghyeon being stuck in the past version of hyejin.. interesting. hyejin’s dad vs his wallpaper of hyejin as a child. he didn’t manage to be a good father to her, and wants her to get married to a big family so she won’t be lonely. seonghyeon vs always bringing up memories of when they were still in college. he was always too late to confess his feelings for her. they have regrets and are clearly trying to make up for lost time.
