What does my body feel like after 100+ hours of sitting in a chair, an average of 5 hours of sleep a day & food that I couldn't control? Like a train hit it!! 🚉 The change in diet & LACK OF SLEEP = STIFFNESS, bloat and a bit of fatigue. 😴So, I woke up (slept 12 hours) primed/did some Yoga & now I feel a bit better. It'll take about a week to look and FEEL my best but sometimes you just have to embrace the challenges and recommit! 👊🏽 Whose with me!!? 🙌🏼

That moment you get an email telling you to check into a cruise with all your favorite people and it's a month earlier than you thought! LOL!! Yay! 👯 I can't believe it's only 12 weeks out from the S.S Beachbody Cruise to Jamaica and Labadee, Haiti!⛴🌴 That's what I love the most about these yearly free vacations we can earn. I'd personally NEVER pay to go on a cruise (unless it was someplace like Alaska). The experience is pretty cool but it's really the people that make the trip so magical. Who will I see there?✨🤗

Headed to Date With Destiny Day 2! 5 hours of sleep and ready to ROCK!🎸 If you didn't already assume, we are pulling 15-20 hour days all week and are 110% focused on this event/playing FULL OUT. We feel beyond grateful we can take 6 days out from our lives as a couple to work on OURSELVES!!!💪🏼 I recommend these type of events to everyone. Maybe two 5lb bags of organic mangos wouldn't be a "sign" for you but it was for me today! There are NO coincidences. ✌🏼️ Going into what could be one of the most intense weeks of my life tomorrow -- as I was getting ready to empty the bulk section of Whole Foods mangos Kevin found these!! 👌🏼 2 -- 5lb bags! All for me! I payed a pretty penny for these but that's why I work hard to make the income I make!
