Sarkodie feat. Viviane Chidid - Hallelujah (Official Video)
Kris Badd - Zeben (Part 2) feat M'Tiss (Lyrics)
Verse 1
Zeben

KRIS BADD CELEBRATES COMEBACK WITH NEW SINGLE
Kris Badd is a multi talented artist who was famed in the 1990s in Cameroon for his great performances of Michael Jackson’s songs. Discovered at a young age on popular TV show “Delire”, the then “Michael Jackson impersonator” as people still refer to him, was far from imagining that he would start a movement in his country, that would have thousands of young people follow…
With hits like “Zeben (part 1)”, “Za’ane” or the ever so popular “NO SIDA” (funded by the World Bank and huge phenomenon that took Cameroon by storm), the creator of “Hip Hop Makossa” gave a new meaning to the words “singing” and “dancing”.
He flirted with cinema too…Got two acting roles first in 2002 in “Par Ignorance”, a short-film directed by Herve Harding Guiffo which depicted the sad reality of the ravages caused by the HIV/AIDS pandemic and won First prize at the international movie festival “Yaounde Tout Court” in 2003, then in the sci-fi political thriller “Les Saignantes” (The Bloodettes) directed by Jean-Pierre Bekolo. The movie premiered at the 2005 Toronto Film Festival and won the Silver Stallion and Best Actress Award at the FESPACO in 2007.
Kris Badd has contributed meaningfully to the advancement of arts through music, and has used his songs to tackle social issues such as AIDS, poverty and infidelity. He helped put youth music on the map, and surely opened doors for the thousands of young artists that have followed in his footsteps... From Koppo to X-Maleya, all have showed their support, and only had good things to say about the musician during his recent visit to Cameroon.
Kris Badd has managed to create a terrific profile for himself and still stay grounded, despite his success. Now based in France, where he teaches young people about singing and dancing among other things, that is when he is not sharing the stage with superstars like Soprano, Kery James or even Manu Dibango, this incredible man with an incredible talent is coming back to the music scene…
Five years after releasing his latest single and 10 long years after “NO SIDA”, Kris Badd is back with a brand new single titled “Zeben (part 2)”, an upcoming album and a dance school to be operational in his home country by 2013. There certainly is NO stopping this flaming ball of artistic talent!Â

Feel my flow, they call me
To kill the show so it's on me
To hold your city then I Contolola

#Change by Redkad ft Nayosoul
Verse 1
They say my Generation is destined to fail/
That's the prophesy I read it out the book of revelations/
That explains the wars, fighting and corruption/
Power tussle between third world nations/
No more patience, we facing a recession/
Nuclear bombs blowing us to self destruction/
We can't forecast the bomb blast we on the wrong part/Â
Can't find the right answers we on the wrong maths/
HIV spreading dats for a fact/
Like I said it we are under attack/
A lil' less talk put ya selves to work/
Strive to survive don't depend on luck/
But all we do is talk and procrastinate/
Go to church close our eyes and ask for faith/
As for fake pastors, preachers and imams/
Religion is a way to sell the soul of a man/
ChorusÂ
(Nayosoul)Â
No matter what I'm going through I will keep my head up high,
I keep my fingers crossed, I hope to fly
No need to change (x2)
(Redkad)
You young you aint feeling ya life, Keep ya head up (x3)
You young and you ready to fight, you better stand upÂ
Verse 2
So what's the reason for beating your wife/
Do you enjoy the privileges of taking her life/
What's wrong and what's right/ is there heaven or hell/
Purgatory or limbo, what's good and what's evil/
Smoking blunt at the back of a Limo/
Wondering where the hell are our heroes/
When the pastor is gay, Governor is a thief/
Senator is corrupt, you can't trust the chief/
And I'm caught in the trauma/
Less than a dollar, no white collar/
Jobs on the streets so I feel stuck contemplating suicide/
Gimme a drink but put a lil' poison inside/
It's on the news, plane overshoots the run way/
Tanker kills people overspeeding on one way/
Can't stay here with all the noise/
At that point I hear Nayo's beautiful voice..
ChorusÂ
(Nayosoul)Â
No matter what I'm going through I will keep my head up high,
I keep my fingers crossed, I hope to fly
No need to change (x2)
(Redkad)
You young you aint feeling ya life, Keep ya head up (x3)
You young and you ready to fight, you better stand up

10.11.12 - #youknowwhattimeitis? Sarkodie's achievement and appreciation concert
You can't mention African music without a mention of Azonto, the viral dance emanating from Ghana. Sarkodie, who's crowned a glittering career with a BET Award win in 2012, was the fire starter with his track, "You go kill me". His recent achievements have opened new grounds for him and he's become a transcendent music figure in African music circles. In celebrating his achievements, he's having a concert in Accra, Ghana for his fans. Sarkodie has a fanatic fanbase which has helped drive his popularity, starting with his home base in Tema. This concert is for his fans as appreciation for their support. It will predate his regular scheduled one in Christmas, will happen on 10.11.12. Yeap, looks like a nice set of numbers. The November 10, 2012 date has been chosen carefully and wittingly just how Sarkodie chooses his rhymes and punchlines. If you are in Accra, you might have come across some billboards in town with "You know what time it is". Many musicians have signatures, this is one of Sarkodie's many. #Whatelse? One time for your mind, he says that a lot. #Youknowwhattimeitis? According to the promoters of the concert, the time is for achievement and locally, it is driving an "It's Our Time, Ghana" idea. More information about this idea and the #YouKnowWhatTimeItIs campaign can be found on youknowwhattimeitisghana.com
The website unsurprisingly features a lot about Sarkodie and info about the concert. Our same sources tell us there's more in store. There's also a section of #youknowwhattimeitis tweets. You know what time it is? Time to tweet an achievement you want to have, something about Sarkodie, etc with the hashtag #youknowwhattimeitis. Sarkodie is surely an inspiration to youth across Ghana and beyond. If you are in Accra, you could win a ticket to the 10.11.12 concert. Stay tuned to the http://youknowwhattimeitisghana.com/ for info on tickets, as well as Museke's social media accounts. #Whatelse should you be doing now? #Youknowhattimeitis? To all honeys on the block, contribute to the campaign with a tweet. #Onetimeforyourmind!
Killing Me Remix - Myra Maimoh Ft Naomi Achu
Artist: Myra Maimoh
Country of Origin: Cameroon
She has already dropped her signature song, with “Killing Me.” And now Myra Maimoh is back with a remix, recruiting fellow songstress Naomi Achu for the ride. In “Killing Me (Remix),” Hitsmiths’s serene and soulful soundscape of claps and piano notes are accentuated by E. Clyde Entertainments' video interpretation. Myra’s soothing lyrics of strength from perseverance are given fiery edge by Naomi verses of blistering defiance.
From an early age, Myra Maimoh has always been drawn to music. Starting off with her mother’s diverse collection of records, she was already singing and dancing by the age of 3. By the time Myra was 18 she was already a veteran in songwriting, performing and musical band management. Her solid background in the performing arts culminated in Answer’d Me; an 11-track LP masterminded with producer/writer/engineer Halle that yielded the “Killing Me” track.
The background of Naomi Achu is no less impressive—with songwriting and performing that also started at an early age. After garnering experience from leading choirs and providing back-up singing, Naomi released her first full length album Positive Energy, which features the popular hit “Alhadji,” in 2011.
“Killing Me (Remix)” is a true collaboration of two of Cameroon’s finest. It sends a powerful message of strength and vindication through perseverance and hard work to the top. These two Afro-divas are telling the world that nothing or no one will hold them back or down.It is as much a message of their lives, as it is a message for everyone out there trying to make it in life.
The song is a 'must-include' on your Christmas holiday playlist.

Camp Mulla collabo with Wizkid on Mulla's Prices off the Kenyan crew's debut album tagged Funkytown.
Naomi Achu brings sexy back with her new single “Wa Fun Mi Suga.”“Wa Fun Mi Suga,” which means “Come and give me sugar” in Yoruba, is the first single off Naomi’s upcoming album scheduled for 2013. Lyrically Naomi plays the flirt on a mission to tempt the boys. The song also unwraps African pop culture’s latest topics including a reference to the D’banj and Don Jazzy break up. Musically the beat, produced by Cheffy, is unconventional yet alluring and perfectly blends with Naomi’s silvery voice and fierce verses.
