Oops, I Vanished Again

Hiya tumblr, long time no activity.

It’s been a rough year for me not going to lie. Between physical and emotional issues, I’ve been really hiding myself away from everything, rl and rp included. I’m not going to get into the details but it has been a long, long journey, and I’m still not 100% back to where I was before I got sick, but I am feeling better.

Unfortunately, this blog is giving me anxiety with all of the threads that have been waiting months or even a year for a reply, it feels overwhelming and I feel a bit like a failure for letting things go as long as I have, and for that, I’m so sorry. I really do love this community, and I do plan on coming back… but I plan on remaking this blog to get a fresh start. Anyone who wants to continue established relationships can absolutely do so! I love the ships I have with my muses and I’d hate to lose them because my body and mind went sideways.

I’ll post again when my new blog is up.

"If it isn't May,' the redhead beamed before placing a hand up behind her head. "Not here to suspend me I hope... Swear I haven't left the gym unattended in months!"

May smiled and looked at Flannery. “Not at all, Flannery. I’ve just returned from my travels in Kalos so if I was going to suspend you I’d have to suspend myself too,” she replied with a shrug. “I just thought I’d visit an old friend. Even if I’m your boss and not just a friend.”

Do you ever have doubts in your relationship with Chili and Korrina? (For May)

“Early on, I admit I did. I was attracted to both of them of course, but there was a lot to adjust to. I didn’t know all of Korrina’s ticks and whatever. And there was a bit of jealousy before we worked out how the dynamic was supposed to work. Ultimately though, it’s worked out quite well, and I’m so happy with Korrina and Chili.”

She runs a hand along the small bump forming on her stomach. “And whatever the future holds, I’m ready for it.”

She spun to the side on her roller skates and high fived Lucario who was ready and waiting - almost like the two had a bond that was telepathic. “A challenger, this’ll be great, huh, Lucario?” A touchy grin came from her partner Pokemon as he grunted, “‘cario!” and looked towards Blaziken and May once again. Korrina spun around - delighted - as her skirt swayed and her ponytail could easily have become a weapon. She stopped, hands on her hips, exceptionally well balanced. The girl flashed a should-have-been award winning smile before sticking out her tongue, “but don’t think I’m gonna go easy on ya. I’ll give it all I’ve got,” she looked at Lucario quickly before back at May. “If ya’r coming to my gym then hit me with ya best shot, ‘kay?” Damn the white and red clad girl was giddy - completely betraying her tough girl appearance. She may be sporty, muscular and intimidating sometimes - but when you really got to speak to Korrina you could see that she was all of those things… but also completely ditzy! It was a damn cute combination. “Why don’t we head to Shalour together?” The perfect opportunity for Korrina to scout out her competition. It would be quite the journey and she would get a better experience of the kind of relationship May had with her Pokemon, and some strategies she could work on to defeat them.

May laughed softly at the gym leader’s reaction. It had been a while since she’d seen a gym leader so excited to see a challenger. The Blaziken next to her let out an amused noise as she observed her new-found friend and its trainer.

The remark the gym leader gave her had her laughing softly and exchanging a glance with Firelight.

“Oh, don’t worry about that,” she said with a small hum, “as a former champion of Hoenn, I give my all into every battle I compete in.”

“That would be great,” she said gratefully with a nod, putting adjusting the straps of her bag and making sure she had everything she needed. “So. Fighting gym then?” she observed, her mega bracelet glinting in the light.
