A Void 1,2, and 3 by OdotLondon
A layout design for Shirt Happens’ tri-fold brochure. The work is currently still in progress.
Book Cover Designs for Author Antoine Stroman.
I was given full creative control. The covers will be used for the
standard and deluxe versions of his upcoming book.
Flyer Designs for Hey Baby In Home Daycare.
I was given full creative control. The client wanted a simple flyer design
to promote their daycare center.
A Commissioned logo for Drinker’s De’Luxx Instagram page.
Logo Designs for TD Sounds
July 2016
Live (For Now)
For Now Freestyle Piece Series.
Attempts to sharpen the craft.
Lyric Series-”Nas Said”
A series based on illustrating some of my favorite song lyrics, to practice graphically expressing a point.
Promotional Flyers for Shirt Happens, a custom T-shirt shop in Philadelphia.
Two promotional graphics I designed for Vulgar Colors magazine, a Hip Hop and arts magazine that I intern for. The promotion is for a hip hop showcase in New York City.
A promotional flyer for Model T Shaw and Heff’s Weekend tour of NYC.
MediaHead_4
This 4-piece set is an illustration of a character I created, with the working name MediaHead (Not as clever as I’d like, but it’s all I could come up with upon creation. I’m actually still conceptualizing names and uses for this series of characters).
This piece is entirely vector based. It was created originally in Flexi Cloud, and formatted i into the 4-piece set (art boards) in Adobe Illustrator.
The color scheme isn’t based off of anything specifically. Just primary colors. The combination is pleasing to my eyes.
A logo for shawspeaks
This is a logo, that I created for my girlfriend. She is a freelance figure model, fashion model and poet. Speak is her stage name.
It began as t-shirt I designed for her as a birthday gift.
I based the design off of lipstick because she likes to wear lipstick, specifically red when she performs. It makes her feel confident and sexy.
The logo is entirely vector based.
It was created in Flexi Cloud.
DMGD GxDS T-shirt Designs
DMGD GxDS is a t-shirt line I created.
It began as play off of the phrase Damaged Goods.
Dropping an “O” from the word “Goods” creates an interesting oxymoron. The dripping “X” that goes through the “O” is the signature mark of the line. It’s position on the t-shirt will vary, but will always appear somewhere.
This design was created using Flexi Cloud, and is entirely vector based.
“Ideas”
A T-shirt Design and possibly a print.
This piece was created in Flexi Cloud, and is entirely vector based. It is a design for another one of my t-shirt lines; H(P)E. Which stands for Higher (Priced) Education.
The concept behind this piece came to me as I was riding the bus one day, going to work. I likened ideas after a long period of creative block to zombies rising from the grave.
There are two versions.
The first is straight forward.
The second use a light bulb which is also used to represent ideas.
Nobody's Biz
This piece is a collage I created in Adobe Photoshop.
The title of the piece is the title of a song that features the two of them.
TanWow 5 and 7
TanWow is a series of 7 pieces I created in Photoshop, 5 and 7 being my favorites. The piece was initially inspired by Andy Warhol’s Diptych pieces of Marilyn Monroe. Actually I believe I was doing a photoshop tutorial on how to achieve that look, and I traveled astray.
