Renault Fourgonnette, 1961. The USP of the box-van version of the Renault 4 was a rear “giraffe” hatch opening above the rear door which allowed the transit of items taller than the van itself. It remained in production for 32 years

This is my 1985 van and I've been enjoying learning about these - the styling really didn't change much over the years, it was outdated but still sold well in its later life.
