I had been really depressed. I was dealing with other people’s problems for almost a year and suddenly all of those problems stopped. All I had then was me and my thoughts and my failures. I couldn’t sleep at night. I would wake up late. I wasn’t eating and I wasn’t eating right. I haven’t been active at all. My body has gotten the negative side effects internally and externally. I am working on having a better-balanced mind and body again.
