I declined a job for the first time ever.

I’m actually proud of myself though. I thought I was doing something wrong because I was basically turning down the ability to get money and sustain myself but I wasn’t feeling company. I just graduated in Accounting and when i applied I thought this would be a good position since it is close by. I then found out at the interview that the current accountant was leaving and if hired I would be on my own except for the 4 days that he would be there to teach me essentials of the job. For that reason I didn’t think it would be a good fit since I wanted my first position to be somewhere that I would have someone to be able to guide me, at least in the beginning, so that I could learn and pick someones brain essentially. Not to mention I wouldn’t have all the responsibility on my shoulders. 

I am now waiting in hopes that some of the other companies I applied to respond back and also the staffing agency I dropped a resume on will reach out. Fingers crossed I find a job soon that I will enjoy working in.

Music Streaming Apps

So I currently use Apple Music to stream music but I have had issues with it a few times, albums suddenly won’t play and I have to delete it and then add it again or just general annoyances with the app, and I’m considering switching to Spotify. I hear the app is really good and I know the desktop application is decent. Another reason I am thinking of making the switch is because I might switch to back to Android phones. I like what they are doing and I feel like the they really upgraded the user interface for it, minus Samsung and TouchWiz cuz fuck TouchWiz. I know they have Apple Music on Android too but Apple always puts priority to their devices so I can only imagine what might happen in the future.

If anyone has an opinion on this let me know because I am trying to weigh the advantages and disadvantages.

I never have good dreams

especially after a night of drinking. I went to a restaurant, after waiting at Buffalo Wild Wings for 2 hours and not getting seated, and drank 2 drinks but was on an empty stomach so it went right through me. I woke up numerous times last night from having shitty dreams and one of them I actually remembered. It was about my car and the engine blowing and it was my fault for trying to modify something. I was on the verge of tears when Subaru told me that warranty wouldn’t cover it because I added third party parts that void the warranty. Then I woke up and realized my car is fine and it was all a lie... but maybe it was me foreseeing the future. So for that reason I will no longer be modding my car until the warranty period is over.

Lesson learned.

Let’s try this again

Haven’t been on here in awhile but I think it is time I come back to life. I deleted my previous blog and made this one maybe 4 or so years ago.

This will be a place I will probably mention random happenings in life and shit that has just interested me recently (music, movies, new, etc). Follow me if you like that stuff.
