you suggest pottery classes with bucky cuz you think it’d be fun
and he’s not very enthusiastic about being there, but he’d do anything for you
he’s sitting there all grumpy and broody
everyone in the class would be like “omg is that the winter soldier??”
and everyone is highkey lowkey scared
bucky is well aware of his resting bitch face
but then there’s you, sitting next to him, wiggling in your chair excitedly
you flick some water on his face
everyone is like “omg how could she do that to the fucking winter soldier????”
but bucky just sticks his tongue out at you and flicks some water back
bucky cannot make a damn pot
he tries like five times and ends up completely destroying it
and he’s so frustrated and the look on his face is fucking deadly
bucky just looks at you and pouts
no, like, he actually pouts
you just laugh and say something like “it’s because you’re not being gentle enough. you and your big man hands”
you place your hands over his and help him mold the clay
and he cannot stop giggling:)
“bucky, i’m trying to show you how to do this, are you even paying attention??”

the people in the class are like “….wait this is actually so sweet and cute”

bucky keeps having to blow his hair outta his face and you can tell that it’s annoying him
so you pull out a bright yellow scrunchie and put his hair into a lil ponytail
bucky leaves that pottery class with the ugliest looking pot
but he holds it with pride and with the biggest smile on his face
and everyone decides that the winter soldier isn’t all that bad;)
