To make democracy work, we cannot be only observers. He who does not vote has no right to complain.

Fucking vote
My thoughts with tomorrows elections here
The upcoming (tomorrow) elections got me all kinds of upset and filled with words. First off I want to take a moment to talk about the candidates. The new media would like us to believe that there are only 2 candidates. Two people to choose from. That everyone else is "Third Party" and if you vote for them its a wasted vote. You can only choose to be Democrat or Republican. Personally I don't find that I fit perfectly in either box. So I hate having to choose. I think that they need to stop with this two party BS. This needs to go away. We need to be voting for people, not parties. I don't feel like picking between two "evils" is the correct way to go about it. Now lets talk about how debates happen. I hate them. I feel like they don't give us any info at all. So A debate is suppose to take a topic and allow each candidate to state their position on it. But ever one I've ever watched i feel like it ends up being more of I believe this, and they are poopie heads. I really feel like its nothing but a yelling match, and i'd have just as much luck asking my 4 year old where babies come from. Next topic i feel should be addressed people who don't vote. Once you hit the age of 18, you are legally allowed to vote. Once might call it a privilege, a right. I call it a job, a responsibility. I believe that if you don't vote, you have no voice to express your upset about the issues going on, and this means i don't wanna hear you bitch about the road conditions, The laws, Taxes, Medical costs, Retirement, Lack of jobs, Lack of income from jobs, Current presidents ability or inability to do their job. Wars, How we handle or don't handle threats on our country, Draft (if it ever came to it) Cops, Tickets, ANYTHING. Things you can not use as an excuse for not voting * Not educated * No ride * Not resisted And here is why, If your not educated, you can get educated, you can read about them, you can ask friends/family or strangers questions (they have hotlines dude) If you have no ride, you can ask friends/family for ride, OR you can mail in your ballet (i live in Washington) If your not registered, well get register, you can do that online!! I hate the fact that in the last election only 1/3 of my generation voted. It makes me sad that 2/3 would rather have someone else make up their mind, lay down their own bed, than to take 15-20 mins of their day to vote, to make their voices heard. Well that's what i got to say. Get over yourself people. Its not fun, its not easy, but its necessary. for our future, for your future. for our children's future.
Don’t do a brexit on yourselves, vote Hillary!
a psa from Alexander Hamilton- do not throw away your shot at making this country better!!!
Your voice matters make it heard
But seriously, go vote.
Please.
Go, do it
