The Newlyweds 🥰 Y’all, I missed these dorks so much, and it’s surprisingly fun to design the wedding attire for the First Talon and his pretty little menace of an elf mage.
I forget who mentioned it a while back on Tumblr, but the idea that Lucanis might wear shades post-Veilguard to keep from accidentally tipping his hand (when Spite inevitably flares up while he’s communicating with other Crow houses) is too fun to resist.
Not sure whether I’ll do inked lines for this or just dive right into paint. Either way, it’s already been a fun one to do.

My dudes, this year was a shitshow on so many levels… Politically, culturally, globally. It’s little wonder we’re all so damn tired and ready for 2025 to shuffle off this mortal coil toot-sweet.
Personally, creatively, though? Gorgeous year. Chef’s kiss. No notes. And after a couple years straight of tremendous burnout post-pandemic-shutdown, having a year chock full of art productivity has been a gift I have not taken lightly. To all of my wonderful commissioners, clients, every studio I’ve had a blast collaborating with, and every gorgeous set of peepers that have taken a few moments out of their busy days to have a gander at this year’s flow of my creative meandering, fandom fixations and chasin’ joy through doodles: Thank you for making the chaos worthwhile. It’s been a blast and a blessing. Here’s to 2026!
