“Oh?” Her voice crackles through old speakers. It seemed, even as time went on, She was still finding surprises within the confines of Her facility. Camera adjusting feebly as it try to keep track of the new source of movement. It appeared human in nature, but android in build. But, maybe it was just a malfunction. After all, the moron had done quite a number to Her.
“Stop.” It’s a command, and her facility is shifting. “Who are you?”
PERDITION
( Wheatley ):
The scream that had built up in his nonexistent throat was cut off suddenly at the lack of pain. He was silent for a moment, not even sure if claws were picking away at his plating to transfer important files into this lifeless android body nearby. So it wouldn’t hurt? The platings on either side of his hull moved outwards as if he were still connected to the chassis, his optic shrunken to the size of a pinprick. “Oh, god.. I..” Guilt prodded at him, and he knew he would feel sick if he could truly feel such a thing in this body. “I’m sorry about that, I-I really am..”
A very animated wince played on the core’s features to the best of his abilities (which was really just his optic sliding at the side with a jerk) at the m-word, but he stayed quiet for his own sake. Her tone was starting to unveil the loathing and disgust laced throughout her words, and he felt as if these claws would crush him once more on accident. It could happen – anger has gotten the best of them all, believe it or not. Anger is the possibly worst emotion an AI could feel when they’re part of something bigger than them.
Sinister. It was the only proper description of the laugh that had spilled so callously from Her speakers. My how She enjoyed mocking him. Did he really believe that that sheepish little apology he had offered Her now would cause Her to forgive him? That, after he threatened Her (and Her favorite test subject with) with death that mere words would make up for it? He really must be a moron.
“Oh,” now She’s being mocking, allowing Her voice to return to it’s usual tone, even grow a little soft. “That’s all I ever wanted to hear.” She even goes so far as to stop Her work. To allow panels that aligned Her walls to sink back down into their less animated position. Again, She allowed another few seconds go in silence. Tremors running through the room showcase Her laughter before Her voice box catches up. “I’m joking, of course. I’ll never forgive you. In fact, I have spent a long time thinking about how I’m going to use this grudge. And... Well, it’ll be fun for one of us. And though I hate to give spoilers, that someone is going to be Me.”
“Back to work.” Her voice falls quiet, but the announcer’s is quick to end the silence with a ‘Transfer Complete,’ And now She is looking at his android now, awaiting his initial response.
god, no wonder we’re all [ screwed ] up.
oh, i’m s o r r y; did i SCARE you ?
NO ? then maybe i need to try a little HARDER.

there are worse things than dying.
some things die LOUDLY some things die quietly and some things— don’t die at all
A trillion condolences,
but the credits will soon roll,
but you won’t live to see them.

Toxins remain in your clothes
In a new thesis, 60 garments from Swedish and international clothing chains have been tested. An initial analysis found thousands of chemicals in the clothes and around a hundred chemicals were preliminary identified. Several of the substances were not on the producers’ lists and are suspected to be by-products, residues or chemicals added during transport.
“Exposure to these chemicals increases the risk of allergic dermatitis, but more severe health effect for humans as well as the environment could possibly be related to these chemicals. Some of them are suspected or proved carcinogens and some have aquatic toxicity”, says Giovanna Luongo, PhD in Analytical Chemistry at Stockholm University.
