Iâm done with the spam now I promise. I just have to show yall my new denim jacket. Iâm in love â„
Hi oops me again. Ah, keep scrolling. Nothing to see here.
Would you look at that. Is it me? Is it my OC? Youâll never know.
Never ever would he want to hurt Billy. On the contrary. He wanted to keep him safe and if he could, he wouldnât let him near the Krays again. Barry had this feeling that one day all gangs would just fall apart. That the Krays would be locked away just like the Richardsons and that everyone involved would have to live a terrible life then, being punished... by the police or by the public. Barry knew that one day it wouldnât be great or fancy anymore to hang with gangsters. They would all get fucked the hell up and every gang member would get fucked up just like the leaders.
But Billy wouldnât listen.
He was madly in love with Reg and Barry wasnât allowed to even judge that. Barry was convinced that, in his heart, Billy knew that Reggie would be behind bars someday. In his heart he knew that what he had wasnât going to last. But Billy had made the choice to enjoy it all now and for however long it lasted. And if it made Billy happy, Barry wouldnât take that away from him.Â
Barry was really sorry for what he had said. The thing about Billyâs mom. He kept forgetting that Billy loved his mother still, unlike Barry, who used to have the most horrible woman on earth as a mother. Barryâs despise for her was so deep and strong that he tended to put any woman into the same drawer - Billyâs mom included, which was a bit of an issue. But Barry didnât mean to hurt Billy like that and, the way Billy squeezed his hand, Barry was sure he understood.
The ginger kept driving down the road Billy showed him until they were... there, apparently, and Barry stopped the car. They left the thunderbird and had a look around and Barry saw what they were here for... but he didnât really get it.
âA fuckinâ... flowershop?â he said, frowning at the other, crossing his arms before he leaned against his car. âReally, huh? Why? Tâmake the whole town smell like fuckinâ roses?â Billy looked at him like âdont tell me you dont like itâ and it made Barry chuckle.
âHow romantic.â sighed Barry playfully, acting all touched and shit. âDidnât expect something like that from you.â he smirked.
âItâs sweet.â
âI can tell youâre new around here by the confused look on your face, so Iâm gonna cut you some fuckinâ slack. All you need to know for now is that I am the fuckinâ guy.â
âAâight, boss. So whatâs thâ plan?â
UK GREASER
Iâll make a promo eventually but if youâd be up for some interaction with a charming but definitely mad, ginger greaser in either modern days or the 50âČs/60âČs
Like this for a starter! Barry is absolutely gay though and he just doesnt like women. So be aware of that.
1950s Greasers
From âThe Nifty Fiftiesâ (April 1979. Betty and Me, Issue #101)
Before he had met Billy, Barry had felt a lot like an alien. He was raised by an abusive mother and entirely without a father, a whole youth filled with torture and no love at all and it didnât get much better after he had killed his mother. He was too young to get locked up and eventually he had stumbled over Charlie Richardson who had been intrigued by his past and⊠kept him. He had given him a home, his car, material things. But what love felt like⊠what trust felt like, those kinds of things, he had only learned them the day he had met Billy.
There was a pull between them which only existed because they were both similar in a lot of ways. They were criminals, born into terrible lives but they had pushed through it all. They were a lot like brothers, but then, the things that were different between them turned them into lovers. A dangerous couple. A little like Bonnie and Clyde.
Barry hummed against Billyâs lips, frowning as the other pulled away. That kiss was way too short. He turned the key and started the engine, rolled down the street into the direction which Billy had shown him.
âNow, Iâm curious. Whatâs it gonna be, ay? Your momâs hut?â Barry cackled, but looking over he saw that Billy wasnât laughing. âOh, man. Sorry. I keep forgettinâ that your mum wasnât as shitty as mine.â
He kept looking at the street but he hated the silence in the car. Softly, he put his hand on Billyâs thigh and gave it a gentle squeeze. âHey, Billy. Sâalright. Iâm sorry.â
