"As long as it doesn’t bother them, you’ll just have to get used to waking up to see my handsome face cooking you something during the mornings in hope of getting some kind of payment from you." he snickered, adding all his focus back onto the pancakes he was making, keeping an ear open for other suggestions that the blonde would’ve wanted. This seemed to be a normal thing going on between them, doing things out of the open and expecting nothing but a smile or a kind gesture in return. Knowing Faith from his younger years brought perks to their friendship, giving him all the access in knowing about her boyfriends or even prom dates she would be taking out. Serving the finished result from his cooking, he tossed the maple syrup to her side. "I may be the only man your father will ever love, which is fine by me."
"You've seen how I look when I wake up, how did you not run away yet?" The girl made a comment, although she knew it was kind of pointless. Theo had seen her in every state, just when she had gotten out of bed, drunk, running on less than five hours of sleep - when she pretty much looked like a zombie. But she was aware of the fact that no matter what, he wouldn't live her side, even if she wanted it! "Payment? This house is practically yours, what else do you need from me?" Faith rolled her eyes and chuckled, spreading maple syrup all over the pancake, and lastly, adding a small slice of butter on top. "Theo, you're the best person ever." She finally took a bite of her breakfast, savoring the sweet taste. This was the perfect way to start the morning, and Theo knew just exactly how to brighten up her day.
