Rules -
Whenever possible, please count calories. If not, scroll down to the second section.
Section #1:
Calorie Rules: Minimum of 600, Max of 1000
Why: Whenever I start the day with a harsh mindset of "EAT UNDER 300" I always end of binging later. The minimum is here so restriction may be sustained. You'd lose more weight be eating a bit more and binging less
Always document calories before eating them: This is probably the most important, as keeping this mindset can help prevent those days where youre stalking around the kitchen at midnight with M&M's stuck to your palms. Also, calories add you fast, and eating without qualm leads to feelings of loss of self control. I do NOT encourage this
Section #2: When accurate calorie counting is impossible
Dad's house: Unlike your mother, your father is constantly ordering food, and thus forcing you to eat it. When at his house, the rules are much different. overcoming binge urges here will be the hardest part of your journey, but once you accomplish it, you will be unstoppable. The trick here is that you ONLY must eat in front of him. Thinking too much on it will only cause your downfall. There is no "well I fucked up" until you open the fridge to binge. A 200 calorie overflow is much better than a 2000. When at your father's house, be a bit more lenient. Sustenance is better than overeating. if your binge days were swapped with sustenance than you'd already be so much skinnier. If you must binge, always track it, regardless of how bad. Seeing how much you're eating will deter you faster and will keep you in control. Never forget this.
