lump on belly and limping this morning
lump very soft and feels fatty - keep an eye on it for changes but no further investigation currently
cut on pad
GA, clean wound, stitch closed
bandage and recheck in 2 days

recurring itchy face (months between)
hair loss and inflamed skin
usually clears with steroid and antibiotics which is not ideal for longterm treatment but client requests it (understands risks of longterm steroid administration)
ideal course of action would be an allergy work up and treatment/management changes based on findings

Previously:
vomiting/regurgitation with lethargy
previously treated for gastritis (anti-emetic, antibiotic + ??)
symptoms resolved for approx. 3 days the reoccurred
Today:
dehydrated, lethargic, V+ from nose - clear fluid, shaking
admit for IVFT to stabilise, full blood workup and x-rays
possible foreign body

GA for lump removal
lump on shoulder for approx. 1 year - O reports it grows and shrinks periodically but recently become larger than ever
it was approx. 2cm at Christmas and is approx. 6cm today (April 3rd)
lump removed with margins and sent for histopathology
not investigated previously with FNA etc. as dog is aggressive as well as being uninsured and cost an issue for Os.

vomiting bile for approx. 2 days
also hacking/flinching when swallowing
do not want to sedate to x-ray (to investigate foreign body possibility) as has a heart murmur (low grade)
given worming tablet to rule out worms
anti-nausea injection given
put on gastrointestinal sensitive diet for two weeks to see results

corneal ulcer
been treating for 4 days with (antibiotic and painkiller?) eye drops
looks to be worsening, maybe melting
referral to eye specialist
in the meantime treat with serum eye drops (collected via centrifuging a blood sample) which promotes healing alongside (painkiller?)
Chow Chow
itchy, inflamed skin on torso and front legs
shaved to lion cut
skin flaky and split
treated with Malaseb shampoo, dried thoroughly, then Isoderm cream applied
continue treatment at home
