This was the best decision i ever made. It took so long to get to the point where i felt like i needed to do it but im so glad that i did . I cant wait until i fully feel like im worth it for myself. I cant wait to love myself.

So, after a long time of being TRAPPED in my own head, I finally had the courage to go to a doctor and got medication. All I can say is, wow what a difference! I can finally say (confidently) that I’m happy. Just thought I’d let people know. I hope everyone is okay and i am still open to talking to people who need it ☺️
