Michael wrapped his arm around Julia to hold her close as she nuzzled into him. “You’ll get cold with your face against the window like that.”

“Mmm...well not with you I won’t. It’s like having my very own space heater.” She says turning to tuck herself into his side. “What do you wanna do today?”

“You’ve got so many blanket piled up, I don’t know it we’ll ever escape from under ‘em.” Michael chuckled.

“Do you want to escape?” Julia asks, bracing most of her weight against his waist and letting her eyes fall shut. He was warm and the thunder had stopped, allowing both of them to relax more.
