Seus pensamentos sobre Charles Bukowski, Noar?

Eu lia e gostava muito do Bukowski na minha adolescência. O estilo dele era muito apelativo pra mim, acho que foi a primeira vez que um autor me impactou e me influenciou de uma forma realmente significativa e que até hoje ainda reverbera no que eu escrevo. Mas eu já não consigo ler Bukowski. Ele é problemático e babaca demais. Misógino, homofóbico, racista etc etc. Não consigo relevar essas coisas, não depois que eu criei alguma consciência social. Ele tem frases de efeito maravilhosas, mas agora, pra mim, ela só funcionam isoladas (tipo, i want the whole or nothing. Eu amo essa frase. Não lembro qual o contexto dela, mas se for algo bem escroto, eu não vou me surpreender nadinha). Então, é isso. Ele já foi um dos meus autores preferidos, mas deixou de ser faz tempo.
