Unexpectedly, I’m back and doing more reading and coffee drinking than ever! It’s been a while since I posted on here, the final couple terms of my undergraduate moved away from the traditional studying format. But I have somehow found myself starting a Masters, so the cafe and study session energy has returned in full force.

Hello there how are you doing ? 

4 months left until graduation. 4 months before becoming a doctor :)) Life is rough and exhausting. Everyone is so stressed out and suspicious since they aren’t enough places for all of the students. I might chose internal medicine. 

I try to stay out of this toxic environnement. I hate competition. 

I hope you guys are doing good. May we all be walking safely and peacefully towards our goals.

January 2, 2023 - Monday | Winter 13/88

I’ve decided to embrace winter lol I’ve found that in life, things are much easier when you hold things in your arms instead of running away from (being chased by?) them. Somehow I ended up hacking winter by waking up earlier and earlier each day to the point of waking up at 5:30 AM. The days can’t be ‘too short’ if I wake up that early 😌😉 By the time it’s noon it feels like it’s 2PM (insert roll safe meme here) As for today I spent it catching up with lesson planning and grading any stray, ungraded assignments and also making some pretty gifs 🌱

26•01•23// we’re in the middle of a storm and the power went out at the library and I had to move my studying over to the coffee shop (what a shame haha).

I found out today that I passed my third licensing exam today!! I’m writing my last one in a week and I’m very ready to be done!!

essayista I have no unread books left on my shelf except for the voyage out; I’d like to buy something else instead, because I am not in the mood for demanding classics lately and I wanted to read more non-fiction this year so, we will see. It’s been raining for a week and my work schedule is slightly loosening up, maybe I could find more time to read next month ? 🙃

i haven’t been able to be as active in this blog as i wanted due to some personal issues but i’m still trying to make time to write some poetry and submit it to different magazines.

i stopped reading “Dandelions” for a few days because i got a copy of “A Frozen Woman” by Annie Ernaux & i really wanted to start reading it🌷

My favorite thing about traveling and visiting bookstores is searching for books to send to friends, stumbling upon that one book that makes me go: “Ah, this is perfect! They’ll love this one!”
