Farming Gems is one of the best ways to get points (you get 20XP each time you collect all 10 gems from an apt. New gems every 24 hours)

I do each apt 10 times to get an average. Each day the time will change for various reason. Gem in wall or just cant find the 10th gem and needed to edit to reset them will add on time. Also adding furniture to an apartment will add on time. Compare the classroom to the hospital Classroom was furnished the Hospital was not when ruining the test.

31 Apartments take less then 1 minute on average (36 now)

45 Apartments take between 1 and 2 minutes on average (56 now)

26 Apartments take between 2 and 3 minutes on average (36 now)

8 Apartments take between 3 and 4 minutes on average (15 now)

3 take over 4 minutes (4 now)

That is 147 apartments on 12/31/2019

L.A. Tattoo Studio is one of the businesses in Avakin Life. Fully customize but you cant remove some options so making it a normal house can be a bit harder but there is an apartment on the second floor. The only downside in the design is there is a balcony on the second floor you cant get on.

House of Festive Fun is a winter theme house there is also day and night version called Cypress Lane. This is the first house I know of that had skating in an apt you can own.
