Quite fun identifying feature for this one is that the milk turns purple when exposed to air.

Cortinarius semisanguineus, the surprise webcap.
No wonder why this one got its common name, it was quite a surprise to turn it over and see the deep red gills. It’s a very popular find among people who use fungi to dye wool.
