October 31st 2020

Started today like any other day. Ran some errands in the morning such as taking my Acura TL to my brother Ricky’s store to check to see what might be wrong with my car. I had to drive it to the gas station to fill up my tires with air. The first 3 stations had out of service pumps. Luckily the 4th one was the charm. Got my car washed while I was there anyways. Headed to O’Reilly’s to get it scanned. It got an error that the Starter was the issue with the vehicle but it didn’t make any sense because it had been draining my battery and we figured it was the Alternator. Now we are thinking that the wires might just be loose that’s causing this problem. Told my dad about it but he seemed to doubt it. Made my way to Arden mall to see what Hot Topic and Spencers had to offer. Got some gauges and septum piercings as well as a card game since I figured we were going to pregame at my house. Got back home and still didn’t really have any word from Venu. It was really frustrating and I spoke to Marcos a bit about it because he called me a few times updating me about his situation. He ended up being able to make it out at night with everyone as planned. Eventually Venu reached out and said he didn’t want to do the pregame anymore and to just meet up at 8. At least that was settled and I didn’t need to worry about it anymore. Just a really frustrating thing to go through when I could have just joined Sam and Bryant in Vegas. Juan came over and picked me up so we could go on with our night. Met up at Kupros but Venu arrived 30 minutes late and showed up around the same time as Marcos. He also invited some friends from his workplace that were cute and fun to talk to. Jose eventually came also with his GF and we all got to meet her. We hung out for quite a while. Started at Kupros and made our way to Bier Garden and finished the night off at Golden Bear. Made our way back to the cars and Juan took me home. Ricky was supposed to meet me at the house so we could drink more. I even got another bottle of Tequila. The Rock’s brand and it didn’t taste that bad. Decided to keep the party going and I joined my neighbors and we had some fun. Made my way home after chilling with them and called it a night. Sorry for the tardiness Bullshiteers!

October 30th 2020

I woke up fairly early this morning but tried to stay in bed until a reasonable time. Finally around 7 in the morning I gave up and just started my day. Took the pills Ricky had gotten for me. Decided to start with my morning run. Oh boy was that something else. Then after the run I had a jolt of responsibility hit me and I made my way to the DMV. Started the process with my car. Just need to get it smogged and then I can finish the registration. Also made my way to renew my license. Such a damn hassle. Anyways I got most of it sorted out. As well as figuring out what was needed to register a car from Texas. Came back and started lunch. Did my meal as well as prepping other meals for the week. Watched some TV, while i mentally prepared myself for the interview I had today around 5 pm. Juan happened to text me just as I was arriving but before that while I was getting ready at home my brother came with half a pound of weed and sealed it in my room. It smelled in here ever after he left. So made my way to the interview and nailed it. Got the job at $17.00 starting and after 3 months/ 90 days I’ll be raised up depending on my performance. I wanted to ask for it in writing but I felt as if this company was good on it’s principles. Immediately after my interview I called and messaged Juan. We ended up going downtown fairly early. Started of at Thai Canteen and had some dinner. Then we walked to the car and dropped off the leftovers and made our way back to UoB. Had a drink there. Messaged Ricky a bit on snapchat and we ended up meeting up. He complained about being catfished and I really didn’t have much to say on that end. They asked me to get some snow for them which I did. During that time I took Juan back so he could just get home. Met Ricky back at Golden Bear and then we drove to Ryan’s house. Who I just met but I only remember his name because he served me Aviation Gin and Ryan Reynolds owns that company and homeboy was named Ryan. Stayed there for one drink and headed out to meet up Lynn and her friend. We waited in line in front of Flamingo House forever. Shit got wild but eventually we got in. Had a few drinks. We had a good time and then we ended up going to Thai Canteen. I find Lynn attractive but I don’t think she sees me the same way, Oh well though can’t really complain about other people's thoughts/opinions. I drove them to TC because she couldn’t and I ended up running into Devon who happened to be working. Had our hug and our moment, Had another bottle of T’s Tea and they ordered some food that smelled delicious. After it all I said my goodbye to the staff and took them back to Lynn’s car that was parked in front of Flamingo House. Drove myself home and here we are. Goodnight and farewell Bullshiteers!

October 29th 2020

Today did not start so well. I woke up every couple of hours and had to use the restroom. I was going to run in the morning again but when I got up in the morning my stomach was really upset. I threw up mostly vile but some blood. I think I hurt my uvula because that tends to happen with me whenever I throw something up. I went back to bed because I had a small headache and upset stomach which took forever to clear up. Finally by the afternoon I awoke with no issues. I got up and showered hoping to snap myself back to normal. Went on to make lunch and got full rather quickly even though I’m fasting and eating less. Got ready for a walk and I decided to take my niece with me because she also needed to get out of the house. She complained the entire time as well as trying to annoy me. Too bad for her that I have a lot of patience. We made it to the park and she played for a few minutes but eventually my brother got her and she went back home because her leg was hurting. I kept going to play some Pokemon GO. I tried running for a bit but my side started hurting. Came back home and made some tea and noodles before my cutoff time began to fast again. I was pushing it to the max with a couple minutes to spare. Had another talk with my family about a business and names for the company they want to start up. I guess I’m the idea guy and had to come up with everything. Not to mention help design most of it since I’m the tech savvy person in my family. I just know the basics but just enough to do it. Then I had to take my niece back home and in both directions the off ramps were closed so I had to reroute. After I got back home I immediately came back to finish watching The Transporter film and began watching Overlord. Now I'm getting ready for bed and trying to catch up on my daily posts. Besides that I’m going to try and run some errands tomorrow as well as due some research on the company I have an interview for on Saturday. Have a good night Bullshiteers!

October 28th 2020

I was supposed to wake up for a run today but when I awoke at 5 am I was struggling to go back to sleep. So we skipped the morning run because of that. Eventually I got up and just started with my day. Cooked some ground turkey with spinach and a side of rice. Made some chicken, broccoli and rice for my dad. He ate some of it but not as much as the day before. Helped my brother out with his corvette a bit. We finally got the sound system to work. We were able to roll up his window but now it’s stuck in the up position without being able to open the door but better than nothing at the moment. Had some time pass by and was waiting around until 5 pm so that I could meet up with Erys and have some pizza with drinks. Made my way over there and got there exactly at 5. We were having some hard seltzers. Ordered the pizza from Pizza Hut. We ordered the pizza and made our way over there since it was a few minutes away. It was a nice day so we might as well take advantage of the beautiful days while we can. Made our way back after picking up the pizza and got ready to eat some dinner as well as watch a movie. We ended up doing a drinking game for Thor Ragnarok. It was quite a lot to drink even though the rules seemed simple enough. I got a bit drunk just from the game and called my brothers to pick me up. They made their way over to me and we headed back home. I got back and we discussed plans with the family. Nothing crazy but just talked about possible trips and what not. I was in bed by 11 but had some trouble sleeping again. Well that was it until tomorrow Bullshiteers!

October 27th 2020

Today was nothing special. I woke up early again and watched some James Bond films since I decided to re-watch all 007 films starting from the beginning. Then decided to head to Sam’s Club and by some healthy alternatives for beef such as ground turkey and chicken. Also bought a 25 pound bag of rice. Followed up on some emails as well as finished up some applications that I had to do. After I got back home and decided to cook lunch I made rice, broccoli and chicken. It came out pretty good. I also went out for a walk and made my way to a health center in order to get my BMI so that Ricky could make me a health plan to maximize my calorie intake as well as my workout plan. It was my aunt Carmen’s birthday so we eventually headed that way but I had to wait until my friend Ricky came over and explained to me about some of the dietary pills that I would be taking to lose some weight before my trip to New York and Chicago. We had a brief discussion about everything. Then after all that I headed towards my aunt’s house and while I was there I recalled that today was BOGO for wings at Buffalo Wild Wings. So my brothers, Alex decided to eat there at night. Before I did leave though my uncle Bobby brought up my incident from Saturday night with Ricky. I honestly wished that wasn’t brought up because I felt as if my family didn’t need to know that since it was in the past but for some reason he did bring it up. Oh well. The four of us made our way to BWW and put our names on the waitlist since they were extremely busy based on Covid standards. While we were waiting inside one of the workers said we couldn’t wait here so I said that we were advised that we could. I wasn’t having it today so as soon as that employee said that everyone just wanted to leave. I mentioned that I was going to see where we stood as far as the line and if it wasn’t good that we can leave. While waiting two white girls just sat themselves and they got away with it. I was furious and the moment the manager saw me he immediately sat the party down. Which was a bunch of bullshit. The table we were seated at was empty the entire time we were there. So something was just off. Ordered our wings and had an interesting server. Just before we were leaving my older brother hadn’t finished his beer so I joked around that we could pressure him into doing it. Got our server to help and it was hilarious. We made our way back home and called it a night. Well thanks for the night Bullshiteers and have a splendid night everyone!

October 26th 2020

I woke up early again because of how cold it was. Struggled in bed for a bit but eventually got comfortable again then I fell back asleep. Woke up a little bit later and started to get ready since today I was finally getting a haircut. I then drove over to Anthony’s to pick him up since he was also getting a haircut. Juan had messaged me in the afternoon that he was going to have dinner at Peter and Jen’s place so I thought I could squeeze that in. So then Anthony wanted some Popeyes and I drove us straight there. Asked if Nestor wanted anything since he was going to cut our hair. Got the food for everyone. Dropped off Anthony and hauled ass to Peter’s. I was already running late but luckily neither of them had started eating. It appeared as if Peter was doing another house project. We talked a bit and then finally we went inside to eat. Jen had made pho and also egg rolls. I normally don’t eat pho because I can never eat too much because it’s so filling at the moment but then we would be hungry an hour or two later. Anyways it was delicious. After eating a bit and feeling good about the meal I had to leave back home since I felt that I was there long enough and by then Nestor should be done with Anthony’s haircut. Got there in time and he was finishing up the haircut but then we have to wait a bit so that he could charge his clippers. Good thing too because I decided to just cut the majority of my hair off. It felt odd but comforting to see how I looked with such short hair. It has been a while since I’ve had it at this length. Took a shower and cleaned up my face as well. Now all that’s left is to lose some weight and things will be good. My brothers finally arrived and we chatted for a while, during that time I also booked my flights to Vegas for next week. October 25th 2020

Had some trouble falling asleep immediately but needed to be done anyways. Woke up sort of early and spent some time on my phone. Then shortly after I was able to go back to sleep but then lost the rest of my morning and woke up in the afternoon. Spent some time in bed but since today was Pokemon GO ghost even going on so I made my way to do that. Walked around a bit to my usual parks. Ricky wanted to grab a drink and so I told him that I’d be back home soon and then he could just meet me here at my house. Took my time walking back since Ricky was busy cleaning his apartment. I enjoy going out with him but he spends so much time on his phone that we don’t really get conversations in or even if we do it is sporadic because he is distracted. I tried to get Daniel to come and hang but no luck. I didn’t really push it but just annoyed that he complains about not hanging out and then I make the extra effort and he just blows me off. Finally Ricky came over and we made our way to downtown Sacramento. He was looking to go to a dive bar but unfortunately we are only at phase 2 in Sacramento so no real bars are technically open. After not finding something to his liking I said we should just go to my buddy’s restaurant and have a few beers there. Plus I would be able to get some sushi. It was an enjoyable night there. We ended up getting emotionally invested in a football game between Seattle and Arizona. Dylan had some money against Seattle so if Arizona lost by 3 he would just win his money back. If they tied he would win that and some. The game was a rollercoaster at the end. Overtime. Two possessions on both teams. Interceptions. What a game that we managed to watch. He was so happy that he gave us all the beers for free and I only had to pay for the food. Around 10 pm we called it a night and made our way back since Ricky had work in the morning. Once I got home I tried reaching out to a few people to keep the ball rolling since I was in the mood to go out some more. No one was up for it so I just got some late night Jack in the Box and watched some tv. That was about it. Now I’m making up for the few days that I missed since I wasn’t home and spent most of the night out and about with Ricky. Well that’s all for my Sunday so thanks Bullshiteers!

October 24th 2020

Had trouble sleeping and it could be because of the snow I did that kept me awake. Even though I hardly did any but I suppose any amount is enough to keep people awake when it’s good quality. So since I had to take my brother to the airport in SF I decided to just showered and get ready for the day. Drove him to the SFO and hauled my ass back because I was going to take his Corvette to David’s house to check out why his driver side door was not working. Once I arrived back home around 9 am I got a call from Ricardo letting me know that apparently his flight was changed to Sacramento. I figured he didn’t know that SMF actually meant Sacramento airport. I tried to advise to book another flight using the credits from the flight he was going to miss but nothing. Oh well, maybe next time they should let me handle the logistics instead of getting upset that I didn’t verify everything for them even after they were the ones who booked it. I reached out to Soua and Gordon since I was already in the bay area hoping to see if maybe we could meet up for a late breakfast or early lunch but they have to quarantine themselves because of a possible Covid incident. So I made my way back home and swapped cars with my mother to take the Corvette to David’s. He checked it out but no luck. Came back home to take a quick nap and when I awoke Bryant had reached out to me because he was in town. I went out to Apple Hill with him and we discussed possibly going to Vegas as planned but I would only join for the Zion Hike. We were going to discuss it more because he doesn’t want to do the hike alone. After Apple Hill I made my way back to the house. I called up Ricky to see if he was still joining and then he came over. We left together to the party for my cousin Alex’s daughter who was turning 1. Had a few drinks and laughed with my family. Ricky and I headed off to the show that he was doing. It was a birthday party and everything seemed to be going well but near the end of the night the boyfriend who was a host ended up getting upset with Ricky and we had to get the fuck out of there.  Immediately while we were leaving I felt the car tugging a certain way. Then we pulled over because it felt like we were running on a flat tire for a second. Sure enough when we pulled over we noticed someone sabotaged his tire with multiple punctures. Crazy though. We tried to get someone over to help but the night just was not in over favor. Finally made it home with help from Ricky’s friend who lived not too far from where we were stranded. Was not in the mood to write about the just because I wanted it to be over with.

It took me a while to go to bed after last night's post but eventually I did. I woke up to a random message and immediately flipped my phone facedown which turns it into Do Not Disturb mode. Woke up again around 10 ish and just laid in bed til I felt ready to tackle the day since I really didn’t need to do much. Finished watching Skyfall and started part of Spectre to continue my Daniel Craig 007 marathon. As I was about to go grab some lunch I decided to call my cousin Daniel, who just got off of work at the same time that I called him. He mentioned that he was still going to the shooting range for golf. Told him that I would be there in 40 after I gathered my clothes and got ready. I had also agreed to go to my nephew Anthony’s house to help him with his computer since he was having issues downloading a game. Drove over to Auburn CA to play some golf at Home on the Range and had a beer there with my cousin. Then we drove over to Rocklin and met up at the Bass Trap to have my first meal/dinner and a beer there. I enjoyed a tasty Hazy IPA called 5150 with a Sweet Heat BBQ Bacon burger. It was delicious and filling. After all that we said our goodbyes and I drove back to Sacramento. On my way to Sac I was craving a bit of booger sugar so I hit up the usual suspects. One was out of town and the other was walking their dog. So I drove straight to my sisters house to help my nephew with his computer to kill a bit of time. Helped him with a download and then met up my other contact to pick up a half. At the same time Juan was texting us that both locations that I said to meet up at were packed. It frustrated me a bit because he wasn’t even trying to help and just kept saying it was packed. So I told him to wait there and that we should all still meet up at that location. Picked up my sugar booger. Drove straight to Thai Canteen. I parked and walked up to the restaurant and ordered. Soon after we paid and got our number we found an empty table that I asked them to clean up for us. So yeah just annoying that he was so off putting when he could have made something happen like I did when I arrived. Took a while but Venu and Tapia eventually showed up. Had a few drinks at TC. Then walked over to the University of Beer. Had another hazy IPA, this time a double named Juice with Benefits with a shot of Jameson which we all ended up taking since Venu bought the round for the table. They made fun of my wallet for having a notebook and pencil. That joke ran on for a while. Juan almost fell off his seat. We also flirted with the server Liz. Venu had to leave early because he had to be part of a 36 hour surgery. We ordered another round of shots and headed over back to Thai Canteen to have one more Soju bottle. We called it a night and made our way back to the car. I dropped off Tapia at his car because I thought I might be able to go to Sam’s to hang out. She didn’t answer so I made my way back home. As soon as I got home Ricky called me to see where I was at. We talked a bit but I cut him off and let him know that I needed to wake up early to drop off Ricardo at the airport in SF. This day was pretty good. Got an interview set for Tuesday. Talked to Daniel about hanging out this upcoming Monday and Tuesday. Have my haircut scheduled for Monday. Also Venu asked us to keep Halloween open since his GF will be visiting so I’m going to reschedule the cousin’s camping trip to the following week when my sister wanted to go camping. The worker at the golf range called Daniel’s friend Sall Grunyun which we found hilarious. Also when he came up to introduce himself I guess Daniel had mentioned that his cousin Tido was coming so he already knew my name and when he introduced himself to me he called me The Tido which I absolutely loved. That’s all I can think of as I finish watching Spectre and I guess I’m calling it a night. So goodnight and farewell fellow Bullshiteers!
