The point of dating someone has been forgotten among our generation. People seem to forget that dating is not meant to work out. It's meant to be messy. You're supposed to make mistakes. These mistakes are so you can learn. So that you can grow and become a better person. They are also designed to show you the red flags. So that you don't waste time on someone who is going nowhere. The point of dating is so that when you find that person. The one who makes your heart soar. You can recognize them instead of throwing away what you've been looking for your whole life. Things People Say It’s really difficult for me sometimes. 
This is one of those times. Where I have issues. 
You used to say to me “wouldn’t it big you if everyone came up to you and started saying things about me.”
My response took you off guard “I do. I have to hear everyone’s opinions of you often. I don’t care.”
However this time is different. 
Because this time hurt me. This time wasn’t an opinion of you it was a fact. I know this fact well even though people like to inform me all the time. He’s seeing other people you know?
Yea I do know. I’ve known for a long time he sees other people but this is different. 
“Some blonde with no glasses” Well that sent me reeling. 
Well he doesn’t like blondes because he thinks they are stupid. He went on a date and had a great time. He told me he was there. We literally talked the whole time because he’s out with them thinking about me… However it still bugs me. It bugs me that I can’t look people in the face and go
“Oh you mean (insert generic white girl name), yea I know. She’s cute” It feels like you don’t trust me enough to tell me. 
It genuinely hurts my feelings to think you don’t trust me that much. Maybe I’m not cut out for this.
