Because Jesus came, and died on the cross defeating sin and shining his light into our lives. He made you … and he knows you, the Lord says ‘Before you were born I formed you in your mothers womb, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a profit to the nations. You are worthy in my eyes, I am so proud of who you are becoming, I love you and I have amazing plans for your future, you are my child and I am with you always … No matter your struggles, or worries, no matter how you feel … Your sins have been forgiven and you are saved by my grace and you have been redeemed by my blood. My strength and power resides in you as I have overcome this world, you will walk with my given authority spreading my love and truth, healing people, performing miracles and setting the captives free. Ask me and I will illuminate your soul and remove all things that are a hinderance to you. Ask me and I will pour my love and peace into your life, the lives of your family and all who you encounter. For the same power that raised Christ from the dead is living in you, trust in me and through my unfailing love, together, we will not be shaken!’

your life is not an anomaly to the gospel, no matter how you feel or no matter what you’ve done, this is the truth of who you are. Listen to Jesus not the world, Jesus is the truth about who you are and NOTHING can stop that being true.
