Supporting international projects in the regions and on site in a self-reliant style. Hardware engineering using SIEMENS engineering tool COMOS.
Advanced to expert level HW design experience and knowledge for process automation plants with the focus on hardware calculations, BOM preparation, Cabinet design. Verification of customers basic design and development of automation solutions for projects in parallel. Interface to the Team lead/project manager partner regions for technical topics.
Based on the deep experience and HW design knowledge of process automation branches. Designing and implementing Siemens and 3rd party hardware drawings for the automation projects being executed. COMOS tool is used for the engineering of HW cabinet design which enables Siemens HW design as in the real plant as per hardware design specification of respective projects. Discussion and verification of the HW design concepts with the partners, customers and leaders in international teams. Ability to derive the easiest solution fitting to the requirements using the most sophisticated tools for the implementation (Comos, others). Preparation of sharp quotations with a risk & chances assessment.

The candidate should have more than 5 years’ experience as project engineer. Technical leading of project teams. Guiding of project engineers, great teammate, shares knowledge and encouraging style of working.
Hardware Design, engineering, preparation of Automation Cabinet Engineering drawings using any engineering tool for process automation projects.
Siemens Automation System Hardware & Software Knowledge including communication and field devices i.e. PCS7 AS, S7-400, ET200M, ET200SPHA, ET200SP, ET200S, ET200iSP IO Series Hardware.
Process Knowledge: Branches pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food & beverage, water/wastewater and/or glass. (process industries)
HW Design tool: Good experience in COMOS/AutoCAD/EPLAN
HW Design functions: HW estimation, Heat load calculations, design calculations
DCS Systems: Basic knowledge of PCS7 engineering, testing and commissioning expertise
Scada Systems: Simatic S7, TIA & WinCC engineering, testing and commissioning expertise
Engineering tools: COMOS Software engineering, PCS7 Plant Automation Accelerator, SIDEC, COMOS Cabinet Configurator
Others: Testing and commissioning expertise
Soft skills: Business processes (general), Compliance/Rules & Regulations, Business ownership, Leadership, Management, Project coordination, Negotiations.
-Execution of HW engineering project in process automation field.
-Cabinet Engineering drawings preparation using Siemens engineering tool – COMOS
-Preparation of detailed IO list, heat load calculation, cabinet FVFP, General arrangement drawing, Wiring drawings, Single line diagram, BOM, Network Drawings
-Preparation of System Architecture
-Selection of IO Modules, Field Termination Assemblies and Barriers as per requirement.
-Proposals based on customer inputs, IO list,Coordinating with International client regarding project status and delivery.
-Technical specification, Inspection, Testing, FAT, Site support, as built and as commissioned drawings of assigned projects on time
-Good experience of cabinet design in field of process automation projects.
-System Design & P&ID (Piping & Instrumentation Diagram) drawing creation using COMOS software
-Design of loop drawings, Wiring Diagram, Loop Schematic Drawing Using LOOPGEN Software, Bill of Materials, Preparation DCS Cabinet Layouts, General Arrangement and
-Internal Arrangement for following cabinets
-Preparation of System Architecture
-Selection of IO Modules, Field Termination Assemblies and Barriers as per requirement.
-Proposals based on customer inputs, IO list
-Coordinating with International client regarding COMOS Development
